Shipping & Delivery – Mastimagic

We ship your order within 3–5 business days after receiving it. Orders within Canada & the United States are typically delivered within 7–15 business days, depending on the courier and destination.

Delivery Responsibility

If the address provided at checkout matches the exact address we shipped the order to and the tracking status shows the package as successfully delivered, the responsibility for delivery lies with the courier service. Mastimagic is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If any delivery issues arise, please contact the courier directly (UPS / Canada Post) for assistance.

Delivery Tip

If you are not available during delivery hours, we recommend contacting the courier and requesting them to hold your package at a nearby pickup location to prevent loss or theft.

Delivered Packages Policy

Mastimagic does not accept responsibility for packages marked as delivered by the courier. We do not issue refunds or credits for orders that the carrier confirms as delivered.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number so you can monitor the delivery status.
