Order Cancellation & Refund Policy – Mastimagic
Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once they have been shipped to the customer.
If an order has been shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, cancellation may be available with a 20% restocking fee. If the customer requests redelivery, a flat fee of $15 CAD will be charged.
The restocking fee covers payment processing charges, labour involved in picking and packing the order, and the temporary removal of products from store inventory.
All sales are final. Full refunds are not available once an order has been processed. Items in an order can only be added or removed before the order is shipped.
Shipping Address Policy
Mastimagic does not ship to P.O. Boxes. This policy is clearly stated on the checkout page. Customers must provide a complete and accurate residential or business address during checkout.
Returns Policy
We do not accept returns for any orders.

Product Display Disclaimer
We have made every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device or monitor will display colors exactly the same.
Product Availability & Pricing
Mastimagic reserves the right to limit the sales of products or services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis.
We also reserve the right to limit product quantities and to modify product descriptions or pricing at any time without prior notice. We may discontinue any product at our sole discretion.

We do not guarantee that the quality of products, services, or information obtained from our store will always meet individual expectations, or that errors in the service will always be corrected immediately.
Courier Responsibility
Mastimagic is not responsible for lost or damaged parcels caused by courier services. Any delivery issues must be resolved directly with the shipping carrier.
Temperature & Shipping Damage
Mastimagic does not accept liability for products damaged due to weather conditions or shipping damage. Certain snack items may be more susceptible to damage during transit.
During warmer weather conditions at your shipping destination, it may be difficult to guarantee that chocolate products arrive in perfect condition. When temperatures exceed 28°C (82°F), chocolate products may melt slightly during transit.
By purchasing chocolate or temperature-sensitive products from Mastimagic, you acknowledge and accept the potential risk of melting or temperature-related damage during shipping.
